Pet policy: Ashley Lofts welcomes cats and dogs, up to two pets per home. All pets must be registered and approved before move-in through an independent screening process. Approved pets carry a $25 monthly fee per pet plus a one-time non-refundable $250 pet fee.
Fees & deposits: application fee $65 per applicant · administrative fee $150 at move-in · security deposit equal to one month’s rent · lease terms from 12 to 36 months.
Monthly charges besides rent: water and sewer $35 · resident benefits package $35 · pest control $5. Electric and internet are set up by you, directly with the provider.
